@ATTHelp I'm a new customer & have yet to have a working phone after porting over to you. It's been 6 days with no progress. When I called in to the port team, I was told it would take 3 hrs to speak with a manager & have been hung up on twice when holding for one.

Anyone trying to get international Service help from @ATThelp and totally getting the runaround. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told 2 hours ago that I would get a return call in less than one hour.

@ATTHelp Seems a better use of your resources would be spending less time on Twitter asking every person to DM YOU and more time fixing the actual problems! Switching to @Visible! No need for a DM. My bill has been double what it should be for TWO years and I barely have service!

Working on getting our @ATT resolved - challenging to get the issue resolved. Amazing I called Buried Wire and spent an hour and then switched to @ATT tech service & back to square one. No service. Why switch from Buried Wire folks to tech support? #attrocks
